The brief
In business, change doesn’t just happen. It takes a lot of smart people working hard behind the scenes.
TPXimpact helps organisations go from tech confusion to tech perfection (aka digital transformation). They’re a B Corp too, so they’ll only work with you if you’re doing something that’s good for people, places or the planet.
Our job was to script and produce a video showing how they do it. The tricky part? Making a concept like digital transformation feel real.
Our approach
The story starts with a woman being beckoned into her computer screen by an animated character. And from that point, we go from live action to 2D animation – using the brand’s unique illustration style to show how change starts from within.
Transformation is an abstract idea. So the key was showing all the concrete building blocks that go into it: the people, the meetings, the emails, the focus groups – and yes, the many, many Post-its.

The storyboard
Sketching out the story is always important- but when you’re bringing two different kinds of media together seamlessly, it’s absolutely crucial.

One film, many assets
Once we’d created the main film, we then adapted it to work in ads across websites and social media. And we condensed it to get across the key message in 10-30 second clips, while still standing out.
